Join us for a vibrant Day of Art + Music at the Asheville Art Museum, featuring Decoda and artists from the Decoda Chamber Music Festival (DCMF). This all-ages experience invites you to explore the museum through sound, creativity, and connection.
Enjoy an interactive performance, take part in hands-on workshops that blend listening, composing, and visual art-making, and wander the galleries on a self-guided musical tour—where works of art are paired with live performances by DCMF musicians. The day culminates in Arboretum in the Museum, an immersive musical experience in which solo performances unfold simultaneously throughout the space, transforming the museum into a living, breathing soundscape.
