Decoda Winter Retreat 2026 Application

Applications are open to strings, winds, and piano. Pre-formed ensembles are encouraged to apply. If you play another instrument not listed and you would like to apply, you are welcome to submit an application.

Application Process
Step 1: Fill out the form below.

Step 2: Please send a representative sample of your playing to facilitate appropriate group assignments. It can be a recording of a solo work or a chamber performance. The recording should be sent as a link to an audio recording or video. They can be uploaded to a Google Drive, YouTube, or any other sharing site that you prefer.

Step 3: Pay the application fee

Application Fee

• $50 — Early Bird (by October 31, 2025)

• $75 — Regular (November 1 – December 15, 2025, final deadline)
